This is a request, not a booking yet. We reply within 1 business day with a match and a quote. By sending it you agree to the rules below.

standard terms

the rules

These are the usual agency terms we work by, in plain words. Your quote spells out the details for your job.

  1. We are your one point of contact. All hiring, messages and payments go through AIisLife. Please do not hire crew members directly or off-platform while we work together, or for 12 months after, unless we agree in writing.
  2. Quote first, then a deposit. You get a written quote first. Projects start with a 50% deposit. Ongoing work is billed in advance, weekly or monthly.
  3. Work starts after the deposit. We begin once the deposit is in.
  4. Two rounds of changes. Each deliverable includes 2 rounds of revisions. Extra rounds are billed.
  5. Timing is in the quote. The turnaround is agreed in your quote.
  6. Your part. You send assets, logins and feedback on time. If those are late, the deadlines move with them.
  7. Who owns the work. The final files are yours once the work is paid in full. We may show the work in our portfolio, unless you ask us not to.
  8. Secrets stay secret. Confidentiality goes both ways. We keep your business private, and we ask you to do the same for ours.
  9. If you need to stop. The deposit covers work already done. Ongoing plans need 7 days notice to cancel.
  10. When we are around. We work Monday to Saturday, Philippine time, and reply within 1 business day.
  11. How we use AI. AI tools help us work faster. A person checks every single output before it reaches you.
  12. Fair use. We do not make illegal, hateful or misleading content.
